yes, yes i know everyone’s at it. but i think this might help some firends or family who’re new to this game.
Google now has it’s own Firefox Toolbar - it seems to work well and is stable - it also has a spell check included - thus you don’t really need the spell-check and googlebar extensions i previously recommended (below). And now (20050924) it even uses Google Suggest as you type…
UPDATED: Tabbed Browsing - Tab Mix Plus (better than Tab Browser Preferences).
Adblock plus(blocks ads - very useful - especially on dial up)
Add Bookmark here... - quick way to add Bookmarks (favorites in IE)
Web developer extensions
